Born in Tijuana, Mexico in 1980. He started his formal artistic formation in the year 2000, attending Universidad de Monterrey. But regarding photography he was self-taught until he made a small course in Spain in EFTI Spain, and than his master degree in UNAM (México). It is a big topic within gender, identity studies, and in art. We find it in artists like Cindy Sherman and Yasumasa Morimura, who I find very close to my research.
